Flying High Futures provides Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) training and development for teachers and leaders at all stages of their career, from Initial Teacher Training through to executive leadership.
What we do
At Flying High, we are committed to ensuring teachers and leaders are well equipped to provide the best possible education and opportunities for the children in our schools. Through the provision of specialist expertise, national programmes and local partnerships, we have an established track record for providing high-quality professional learning and development, as well as targeted support for all school staff.
We work in partnership with schools and key providers to enable school staff to access the best professional learning, research, innovative practice and collaboration. From Initial Teacher training, Early Career Teachers and subject specialisms to support staff and leadership development, our offer provides opportunities for talent & interests to flourish.
Who we are
Flying High is proud to serve schools of all phases across the East Midlands through our Teaching School Hub, English Hub, Literacy Excellence Centre and School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) alongside other professional learning such as twilight spotlight sessions and subject specialist CPL.

We serve schools across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. Our Teaching School Hub area stretches across the districts of:

- Nottingham City
- Mansfield
- Ashfield
